Cinematic Geopolitical Map Animation

I’m looking for a skilled motion designer to craft a cinematic-style geopolitical map animation. The final piece should be visually striking, smooth, and ready for use in video productions or presentations.

Scope
• Scale is flexible world, country, city, or a fully custom layout.
• Style must reflect a geopolitical focus: clear borders, territory highlights, key locations, labels, and dynamic camera moves that add dramatic flair.
• I welcome advanced touches such as 3-D elevation, animated routes, troop or data overlays, and atmospheric lighting, provided they enhance clarity.
• Deliver the video in 4K (or highest native resolution), along with the editable source file (After Effects, Blender, or your preferred tool).

If you need flags, icons, or a specific color palette, let me know and I’ll supply them promptly.

How to apply
