Arabic-Speaking Video Creator for Edutainment Reels on Egyptian Cinema

Job ID: 40098204

Budget: $50 – $300 USD

Project Description:

Do you love Egyptian/Arab cinema and know how to turn it into addictive short videos?

I’m looking for an Arabic-speaking video creator who can take a topic from idea → research → script → final edited video.

The videos are short vertical 9:16 edutainment pieces (Reels/Shorts) related to cinema and film posters. I will handle:
- Filming in a small vintage-style studio (talking head + simple shots)
- Providing high-quality poster scans
You will handle everything else around that.

------------

Your Role:

From start to finish, you will:
- Research & ideate: find angles, anecdotes, and themes (especially around Egyptian cinema)
- Propose a script/outline for each video (Arabic)
- Select & extract film scenes where needed
- Edit the full video, including:
- Vertical 9:16 format
- Strong hook and storytelling flow
- Color grading & clean transitions
- Subtitles (English)
- Basic sound design / music
- Intro and outro

The goal: high-retention, shareable edutainment content that feels smart, cinematic, and fun.

------------

Requirements:

- Native or strong Arabic
- Solid experience with short-form content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok/YouTube)
- Familiarity with Egyptian cinema (classic and/or modern)
- Strong narrative sense: you know how to build a story, not just cut clips
- Mastery of a professional editing tool (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, etc.)

------------

First Batch & Budget:

For this project, please quote a fixed price for the first 4 videos (each around 1–3 minutes).

If we’re both happy with the collaboration, this can grow into a long-term engagement (around 4+ videos per month).

------------

How to Apply:

Please include:
- Links to relevant short-form videos you’ve edited (edutainment / storytelling content preferred)
- Your fixed price for the first 4 videos
- Your usual turnaround time per video

Looking forward to collaborating with someone who genuinely enjoys cinema and storytelling!
