After Effects Real Estate Promos

I need an editor who can turn raw listing footage into polished promotional spots that make each property impossible to ignore. The backbone of every video will be After Effects composting and colour work, but I also rely on Google Earth Studio fly-throughs to give viewers an immediate sense of the surrounding neighbourhood.

Here’s what each promo generally involves: I’ll supply interior and exterior clips, our logo pack, and basic copy points. You blend them into a concise story—usually 60-90 seconds—layering in the Google Earth Studio segment as the neighbourhood tour, matching everything to our branding (fonts, lower-thirds, palette). Smooth pacing, tasteful motion graphics, and clean audio are essential; anything that feels like a TV spot for property is ideal.

Deliverables per property
• Final video in 4K MP4 and a social-ready 1080p cut
• Editable After Effects project with linked assets
• Rendered Google Earth Studio file used in the piece
