The overall look should feel clean and contemporary, with soft pastel hues guiding the palette throughout. More than anything, the finished piece must spotlight the key details—our names, the date, time, and venue—so guests see the essential information at a glance while still enjoying elegant animated touches.
Here’s how I picture the process: you’ll craft a concise storyboard, weave in tasteful transitions and light motion graphics (think After Effects or similar), then deliver a polished video that runs roughly 45–60 seconds in full-HD or 4K. Subtle particle effects, flowing typography, or minimalist iconography are welcome as long as they keep the focus on the event details rather than overshadowing them. I’ll supply wording, a few reference photos, and any logos you need; you handle layout, animation, music suggestions, and overall pacing.
Deliverables
• First cut for review (watermarked)
• One round of revisions
• Final video in MP4 (H.264) plus an editable project file
Acceptance criteria
• Modern aesthetic, pastel colour scheme maintained
• All wedding details clearly legible on both desktop and mobile screens
• Smooth, professional motion with no abrupt cuts or jarring effects
