Cosmetics App Arabic Teaser Video

I’m preparing a looping splash-screen video for a large outdoor LED billboard to announce the launch of my new cosmetics & makeup app. The clip must be entirely in Arabic, radiate a bold, colourful energy, and run seamlessly in an endless loop so pedestrians and drivers can jump into the message at any moment.
Core message
• Focus only on the launch announcement—this is a teaser, not a feature rundown.
• Build the visuals around our slogan / catch-phrase, keeping any background treatment subtle so the text and vibrant colour palette dominate.
Look & feel
Think rich lipstick hues, energetic brush-stroke animations, quick pops of glitter or pigment clouds—anything that broadcasts beauty and excitement without feeling cluttered.
Deliverables
1. Final loopable video in billboard-ready resolution and codec (MP4 or MOV, 25 fps preferred).
2. A still frame for quick approval before animating.
3. Source file (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) so I can localise later if needed.
