4K After Effects Social Templates

I am looking for a professional motion designer to create two customizable video templates in Adobe After Effects. The goal is to design a smooth and modern video animation based on the attached sample video (provided as reference).

Requirements:

Main Design Concept:

- Use a similar design to the attached Topcon FC-6000 controller and a smartphone (mockup image required because AI creates the available ones, and the quality isn't good).
- The video starts with the smartphone screen in full-screen mode.
- After a few minutes, it smoothly animates back to the top-view desk scene with both the smartphone and FC-6000.
- Then, the FC-6000 display expands to cover the full screen.
- All transitions must be smooth, professional, and customizable.

Adjustable Timings:

The duration of each section (smartphone full screen, desk view, FC-6000 full screen) must be adjustable so the template can be reused with different videos.

Deliverables:

- Two separate 4K templates:
- Template 1: FC-6000 + smartphone (main view provided).
- Template 2: GT-1500 Total Station + smartphone (image reference to be provided).
- Editable project files in After Effects
- Clean, well-organised layers for easy customisation.

Technical Specs:

- Resolution: 4K (3840x2160)
- Frame rate: 25 or 30 fps
- Must be compatible with the latest Adobe CC versions.

Reference:

- A sample video is attached to show the animation style and flow.
- Final result should have a modern engineering/technical look while staying clean and professional.
