I am looking for an experienced commercial mortgage underwriter to work on a project with a loan amount of $500k - $50 million. The underwriting will need to be completed within a week and should adhere to commercial standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial/banking underwriting. The candidate should also be familiar with different loan programs and be able to recognize common mortgage issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
