Key Responsibilities
* Analyze client financial information to determine mortgage eligibility and assist in the preparation of mortgage quotations.
* Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage application process, including rigorous follow-ups with clients and banks until loan disbursement.
* Create and manage LinkedIn page of the company through advertisements and posts to promote the company’s mortgage services to ensure lead generation through Linkedin.
* Organize and schedule appointments with real estate agents mortgage lenders, solicitors and clients.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with real estate agents and potential partners
* Create and Manage the company’s Instagram page.
* Support in additional income streams and assist the director with administrative tasks, including making notes and managing correspondence.
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support mortgage operations.
* Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
* Prepare marketing materials and company communications.
Skills and Qualifications
* Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
* Proven experience in mortgage advising, banking, or a related sales /operations environment.
* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and office applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
