Mortgage Underwriter

Looking for a mortgage underwriter that is licensed in BC as a Mortgage Broker. The job would entail fully reviewing the documents and matching them up with the application. Determining qualification and then dealing with the lender back and forth until file close. I personally will be handling all the client relations and I will also collect the documents for you.

I am still determining pay structure. It would likely be a % of gross commission or a flat fee per file. This gig would be part-time as my volume isn’t crazy right now.
