I originate a constant flow of U.S. residential loan files and need each one set up, disclosed, and pushed cleanly into processing without hand-holding. The work happens inside ARIVE and lender-specific TPO portals, so proven, hands-on experience with both platforms is non-negotiable.
Day-to-day you will: enter application data, generate and send initial disclosures, chase or upload supporting documents, and stay in touch with lenders until the file is registered and ready for the processor. Speed, accuracy, and an instinct for compliance deadlines are essential because I have no bandwidth for training or double-checking.
Deliverables I measure:
• Complete data entry in ARIVE and the relevant TPO site within the same business day of receiving the borrower package.
• Initial disclosure package sent within 24 hours, with e-sign confirmations logged.
• Status notes updated in ARIVE and lender portal after every lender touchpoint.
