I need a developer who has experience with tcpdf and fonts

We have a moodle instance and we use the custome certificate plugin ,the plugin uses tcpdf to generate the certificates and for arabic language all font do not work and show ? Signs except for a few fonts we need a developer to download the GE SS font for arabic ttf and converts it to the three files tcpdf accepts which are .php , .z , .ctg.z files .
We tried using online converters and no luck .

The job is simple and easy to someone who has done it
Prefered three wrights = light,medium,bold
We will try the font files and then release .
