moodle setup

I'm looking for help with a Moodle setup project. I need someone experienced in Moodle to get my project started by installing and configuring the platform. I'm looking for a recommendation for a hosting provider so I can reliably store my Moodle content. As far as plugins and features, I'm open to suggestions but currently don't have any specific requirements for the project.
