create a course on Moodle

I require an online quiz which needs to be sent out for an organisation regarding child protection. The can be created using https://moodle.org/ or similar. We dont need to track individual users. Please see attached powerpoint for content and questions and answers.
We would like it to be semi automatic and possibly have voice over to keep it interesting and not just words on a screen.
