Update Moodle content to run on updated server

I am looking for a Moodle expert who can update my Moodle content to run smoothly on our updated server. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Moodle 3.1 or newer versions and should be able to ensure that specific functionalities and plugins are kept intact after the update. The project timeline is flexible, with completion expected in more than 2 weeks. Existing site was running v 3.5.1 when web host deleted the required php v 7.2.
