Streamlining Moodle’s Interface

I have a Moodle website where I need modifications to decrease clutter and enhance user experience for my students. As such, I am seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Moodle administration and PHP:
• The focus of this project revolves around removing access to Course Information and Recent Activities from sight at the site front page. This is aimed at reducing clutter and creating a streamlined user experience.
Ideal candidate should be able to optimize the interface without altering functionality negatively.
