Resolve Individual Participant Addition Error in Moodle

I'm in need of an experienced developer who can successfully identify and fix an ongoing issue with my personal Moodle site. The particular issue arises when I attempt to add participants individually to a course.
- Error Description: Whenever I try to enrol a new participant individually, an error message popping up stating 'Error when adding participants to a course'. This has resulted in a halt to the enrolment process.
