Repair a moodle LMS with database issues

During and update of my moodle website, it run into some issues that are affecting the normal functions on the website. which some of the issues include
1) Unable to turn on editing to edit any course (all upload work is on hidden and learners can access the material
2) unable to mark using assignment tool
3) unable to copy course
etc
