Recordings in Moodle + Big Blue Button

After installing Big Blue Button on my VPS and connecting it with Moodle, I run into this problem:

A user already found a solution for this problem, but instead of using Moodle, he got it with GreenLight, which is the management system that Big Blue Button has.
I need to hire a freelancer who is able to fix this problem in any way since I am having problems with the students of my academy because they are sharing the recordings with third parties and I cannot allow it, it causes serious problems.
