Moving a Moodle 3 course structure to a Moodle 4 instance
I have a backup of the Moodle 3 course structure that needs to be moved to a Moodle 4 instance. The process will involve migrating custom theme, which is compatible with Moodle 4.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with Moodle 3 and Moodle 4
- Expertise in migrating custom plugins and themes
- Strong understanding of plugin/theme compatibility in Moodle 4

We have a new host (Hostinger) which we shall install a vanilla Moodle 4 instance. The current host (Siteground) has the Moodle 3 with our courses. Those courses need to come across to the Moodle 4 on Hostinger. We do not want a lot of "downtime".
