Move Moodle to new host and update to latest version.

Hi I am needing some one to move our Moodle install from Hostgator to A2 Hosting and then upgrade it to the latest version of Moodle. And of course make sure everything works.
The reason for the move is because Hostgator does not support the versions of oh PHP etc that Moodle needs for its latest version.
