Moodle upgrade to 4.1 with php8.1

Hi,
I have a Moodle version of Moodle 3.8 with a PHP version of 7.4
My ISP have upgraded PHP to version 8.0 and 8.1, and have broken my Moodle site.
- Phase 1 -
I have created a staging platform on another host(B), and would like to migrate and get working my original site working for now.
- Phase 2 -
I would like to upgrade my Moodle 3.8 with PHP 7.4 to Moodle 4.1 with PHP 8.1 on the original hosting(A) platform.
All FTP and control panel assess will be give on confirmation of the start of the project.
