Moodle update

I am the IS Manager for ICHAS, a small private college in Limerick, Ireland. I am looking for a Moodle consultant to assist with the upgrade of our Moodle platform to one of the latest versions.
Update from: Moodle 3.6.6 (Build: 20190909) to Moodle 3.10.5 (Build: 20210712)
Platform: VPS running Centos 7.9 distro. Server Management WHM/cPanel
Moodle is the anchor of our LMS. It is integrated with Office 365 and utilises OpenID Connect for authentication and to create a SSO environment. Moodle is also integrated with our Student Information System, OpenSIS. In total we employ 34 Additional Moodle Plugins.
The LMS is generally managed inhouse but difficulties with a previous attempt to update Moodle, last year, has prompted me to seek a higher level of expertise, than I possess, to ensure a successful update. It would also be important that we minimise down time. We would be hoping to do the update sometime in the first 2 weeks of August. This will become an annual project.
