Moodle trouble shooting: Incorrect time shift for recurring events over Daylight Savings Time

We are running a moodle system and are having trouble in recurring course events: course events are shown at a wrong time and wrong date on Calendar after the Daylight Savings Time ends. We will need someone with substantial moodle experience to help us trouble shoot this problem.
