Moodle plugin/script to import quiz manual marks for essaytype questions

I am looking for a Moodle plugin or script that can import marks for short answer essay questions that were marked outside moodle environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in PHP and be familiar with Moodle. The plugin/script should be compatible with the latest version of Moodle. Key requirements for the project include:

- Ability to import manual marks for essay questions
- Compatibility with latest version of Moodle
- Clean and well-documented code
- Ability to handle large numbers of quiz submissions
- User-friendly interface for manual marking of essay questions
