Moodle integration

Hello dear freelancer I have a project. The aim of the project is to add a type of question in moodle. In moodle you can drop and down in the picture that you upload. So I need to make inputes in the picture to give a place students to write the word that is missing. On the example you can see the picture where is missing the words but in the moodle you can drow and down like move by the mouse the right place but there is no function to write on it.
