Moodle installation

I am looking for a freelancer to help me uninstall and re-install a Moodle platform for creating online courses. We use Xneelo, which does not have a cPanel. The PHP version will need to be updated, the old Moodle will have to be uninstalled and the latest version of Moodle is to be installed. The job requires no specific features or plugins, but I am open to suggestions for anything that could make my courses more effective and engaging. I also don't require any customization or branding for the Moodle interface, so a standard installation should be fine. It's important that the Moodle platform is set up correctly and ready for me to begin creating my online courses.
