Moodle export course and users then import to new site

I am looking for a freelancer to help with a Moodle export project. I need to export users and courses from my Moodle 3.1 site. The data may need to be formatted for importing into a specific system, but I'm not sure at this point. I need someone who can help me with this export process and potentially the import process as well.

My existing moodle only have a manager role and course manager
The person who setup the moodle will not give me the administrations access

I just need to copy 2 courses and import to my new moodle site ASAP
