Moodle developer
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm looking for an experienced Moodle developer to help me construct a custom form (its a checklist) for grading a variety of medical skills. This form will be part of our Moodle site, and will consist of 10-20 items. I'm looking for someone with knowledge and experience in creating and/or modifying custom Moodle forms, who can provide us with the functionality we need. Please see the attached image
