Moodle Specialist - PHP developper

Searching for a “Moodle Specialist” that could work regularly on our Moodle Platform.
It is important to have minimum knowledge of PHP programming and Database management.
The Moodle specialist will have to work on:
- Optimization of the Student/Teacher dashboard in Moodle
- Generate student cards according to a given template in Moodle
- Generate Schedule according to the courses registered
- Creating a Moodle Database (using PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc…)
- Adding Plug In for more functionalities
- Attendance follow up by student + exportable table
- Student grade report by subject and by entire year
Preferably located in Cape Town, South Africa.
