Moodle Replication, Upgrade and Redesign -- 2
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
1. We want to replicate the current site to a new subdomain (do not move, we are replicating so we can move over to the new site in January 2023).
2. Stage 1 – we will select a premium skin that you will install on the website, examples would be from here, but we will select it and let you know which one we choose: Moodle LMS Themes from ThemeForest
3. We will provide branding Logos, images via the freelancer file upload.
4. We expect that you will configure the theme and point the menu items as per the preferred suggestions on the theme.
5. We will also be making our own changes in the back end, as we are able to work at a very elementary level in Moodle.
6. As the student logs in, we want them to go to the announcements page.
7. We never want students to see other student emails, full names etc, or make any form of contact with our other students as our students do not want to be interrupted by others.
8. As the student signs in for the first time, we need them to go through a compulsory orientation module,
a. Which is a guided interface of pop-up blocks appearing at certain touchpoints (interface tour) on the screen with user instructions. I am sure you ate familiar with this, please ask if you don’t understand the requirement.
9. After this, it will then move to orientation modules in order. They cannot gain access to their coursework until they have completed all the orientation modules. We want the orientation to result in a quiz (we will build the quiz).
10. We want to enhance task submission section (we have this already) but we want to make it fancier.
a. Student downloads task.
b. Student uploads task.
11. Pagination on the existing site is not working correctly.
12. Progress reporting at task level.

We also want to enable manual code updates to the platform, to ensure uptime.
