I need an expert to create a Moodle platform primarily purposed for online learning. This platform should support:
- Course creation and enrollment: The Moodle system should have the capability to create and administer courses with ease.
Enrollment Mechanism: I would prefer a manual enrollment method to be implemented. The admins should have full authority to enroll users into the respective courses.
