We have a mobile responsive learning platform based off Moodle platform but needs some fixing, mainly on visuals and language toggling. We also have a scorm file that is not displaying properly when activated on mobile screen. The ideal free lancer will have expertise in 1) Moodle 2) SCORM and 3) Working on android mobile.
