Moodle Platform Fixes

We have a mobile responsive learning platform based off Moodle platform but there are visual issues that needs fixing. (eg. language toggle not working well, home screen buttons need some changes) I also have a scorm file that is not displaying on mobile screen properly when activated. Time is of essence for this job. Need a freelancer that is: 1) Expert in Moodle 2) Understand how to work with SCORM file 3) Have mobile experience.
