Moodle Page Optimization and Workbook Restructuring

I'm in need of a skilled Moodle expert who can enhance the functionality of our current Moodle page. This page is primarily used as an online workbook and quiz platform.
Your tasks will include:
- Downloading all existing files from the workbook and restructuring them into multiple workbooks containing 200 questions each.
- Improving the page's functionality which includes optimized load times, better quiz management, and enhanced user interaction.
Also, there are some existing issues that need to be addressed:
- The page is currently experiencing slow performance which needs to be rectified.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Extensive experience with Moodle platform
- Excellent understanding of online quiz and workbook management
- Proven track record in improving site functionality
- Ability to troubleshoot and rectify performance issues.
