Moodle List of Passed Quiz Users

Output a table only showing a list of users who have completed a quiz (have to be either 1 quiz or more - and quiz has to be over the required pass score).
If user hasn't passed any quiz, don't include them in the output.
So list would be showing:
First name/Last name | email | phone number | UseriD | Quiz[es] Passed
I will not be providing any database access or database examples. You will have to have prior knowledge with Moodle in-order to bid on this project.
