I am currently running on Moodle 3.11.3+ and looking for a Moodle expert who can upgrade my current system to the latest version and introduce custom theme aesthetics. The work perimeter involves:
- Upgrading Moodle to its latest version, ensuring data security and integrity throughout the process.
- Installing and customising new theme.
- No specific design or functionality changes are needed, but an emphasis on performance optimization is desired, ensuring a smooth and high-speed user experience.
