Moodle Developer/ LMS Developer

Responsibilities:

*Design and develop enterprise-level learning management systems based on Moodle/PHP.
*Upgrade organisation Learning Systems for UI/UX, Functionality and Gamification.
*Perform design, configure, customize, and implement responsive and effective LMS systems.
*Support Moodle/PHP implementations and resolve any technical issue.
*Implement multi-tenancy scalable Moodle architecture.
*Implement a certification program for various user types.
*Implement reporting on employee learning status
*Implement reporting on external learning attainment, by the individual, by position-specific training tracks, by the company account.
*Integrate with plugins when required, write scripts to automate Moodle routines and processes.
*Research to Drive initiatives and Upgrades

Required Skills:

1. Expert on below mentioned software:
Moodle, Content Management, Learning Management systems (LMS), PHP, Wordpress, Servers,Jason,API, functioning of Payment Gateways and Servers).

2. Give proactive suggestions to achieve organisational and learning goals.

3. Reports and Data Analytics interpretation.
