Moodle Default Quiz UI to enhance

We would like to modify the default QUIZ UI to make it more interactive like https://kahoot.com/
1. Put gamification
2. Make the quiz bigger and more colorful
3. Full screen
And so on
We have tried H5p but since it act as external tool, we were not satisfied it and having some other dependencies, example reporting issues, combine quiz with default etc
