Moodle Coursework/Grades Missing

I am in need of a Moodle expert to help me complete missing coursework and grades for a private adult training course. Almost all of the coursework and grades are missing and I have a specific deadline of one week to complete them.
This is an instance that was recently upgraded from M3 to M4 and moved to a new server. Almost everything is intact. The course module content is intact. Almost all of the students essays and grades are showing as incomplete- even though the student has an entry in the Grade Book.
