Moodle Course Creation (German A2/B2) + Gamification + Instructional Design
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I am looking for an experienced Moodle expert and instructional designer to create a complete German B2/C1 course directly inside my Moodle (4.x) platform.
The course should focus on professional German and help learners confidently operate in real workplace situations (e.g., writing emails, participating in discussions, presenting ideas).
Project Goal
Develop a fully functional, structured Moodle course that improves learners’ communication, writing, and presentation skills in professional German contexts.
Important Note (Content Creation)
I do not have ready-made content.
The freelancer is expected to:
Design the course structure
Create or source appropriate learning materials
Develop all activities and instructional content
Course Scope
Level: German B2/C1 (CEFR-aligned)
Focus:
Professional communication and writing
Industry-related vocabulary
Argumentation and discussion
Public speaking and presentations
Gamification Requirements
The course must include fully functional gamification elements:
Leaderboards (individual and team-based, auto-updated)
Badges and achievements (e.g., module completion, quiz performance, participation)
Progress tracking (clear visual indicators for learners)
Content and Activities
Create a structured sequence of modules including:
H5P interactive activities
Quizzes and assessments
Writing tasks (emails, reports, etc.)
Speaking and role-play activities
Authentic materials (workplace scenarios, articles, presentations)
All activities should be aligned with CEFR (B2/C1).
Deliverables
Fully built Moodle course (ready to use)
All materials uploaded and organized
Gamification features configured and tested
Teacher guide (grading, badges, course management)
One revision round after initial feedback
Acceptance Criteria
Works smoothly on Moodle 4.x
No technical errors
Badges and completion tracking function correctly
Tested with at least two demo users
Requirements
Proven experience with Moodle
Experience with H5P and e-learning design
Background in instructional design (preferred)
Experience with German language teaching or linguistics is a strong advantage
Additional Details
The course is expected to include approximately 5–8 modules
Payment will be released in milestones (e.g., structure → first module → full course)
