I am in need of a Moodle expert who can provide troubleshooting and technical support for several issues or one major issue. The ideal candidate should be able to resolve these issues immediately.
I have recently upgraded moodle to 4.1 and move to new infrastructure. It's all working fine but there is one issue. The user login is very slow. It's taking more than 2 mins to login and after login everything is working fine. I need and expert to look in to this and guide me to resolve the issue.
