Looking for Moodle with Arlo and Moodle API integration with custom website

We are looking for who worked extensively Moodle LMS and its API calls to create custom website which gives more learners user friendly website. Who got exposure to Arlo would be nice to get more insights on custom development or use any other Arlo kind of tools.
