Looking for an LMS which can be similar to moodle

we are looking for a LMS which can be either based on https://moodle.com/ or it can be used as an alternative approach of moodle. For example google classroom based, TalentLMS, Blackboard Learn or there are few others which provided a user friendly learning experiences for students.
