LTI Moodle Integration Needed

I have a simple LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability, ie plugin) for Moodle, written in PHP, and a self hosted Moodle instance, with Admin rights.

I need someone to integrate the LTI into Moodle so that the output from the LTI is displayed in a moodle course page. The output itself is not important at this point, it can just be something like 'This is working!'. I just need the LTI and Moodle to be correctly talking to each other.

I can provide FTP access to the LTI and the moodle instance, and moodle Admin login details.
