LMS Moodle

I am a project manager from a software solutions company.
I'm looking for an LMS Expert who can and will do the following and finish on or before the 16th of October 2021:
1. Configuration and Customization of the Moodle LMS, on the test server, in line with Functional requirements in table in the attached document, as well as the Interface design (theme) and functionality depicted in LMS Prototypes on Figma.
2. Integration with: a) Workable (Recruitment Software) b) Microsoft Dynamics (HR Module)
3. Integration with Active Directory (This has been achieved, at the OU level, but there is a need to work with the IT team, to switch to the group context).
