Install/setup Moodle in my hosting

I am looking for a freelancer who can install and set up Moodle in my hosting platform, which is Namecheap. I would like to use a pre-existing Moodle theme for the project, so no need for a new one, just install the theme I'll provide. However, I do require the integration of the MercadoPago payment gateway as a specific plugin for my Moodle installation.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Experience in installing and setting up Moodle
