Full Moodle Homepage Redesign

My Moodle site needs a fresh, cohesive landing page that matches our brand and guides learners smoothly into their courses. I want the entire front page rebuilt—from the header and footer right through the navigation menu, main content blocks, and a prominent slider section—to create a modern, responsive experience.

I do not have a finished mock-up, so I’ll rely on your expertise to shape the overall theme, colour palette, typography, and layout. We can iterate together until the visual style feels right.

Key requirements
• Custom header & footer with clear branding and quick-access links
• Streamlined navigation menu that stays intuitive on mobile and desktop
• Flexible main content areas for announcements, featured courses, and calls-to-action
• Hero slider (or similar dynamic element) to highlight programmes and news
• Clean SCSS/CSS and template code that works with the latest stable Moodle release
• Compatibility with standard Moodle blocks and future core updates

Please include examples of past Moodle (or comparable LMS/CMS) design work and outline your proposed approach—from wireframe to final deployment—so I can gauge fit and timeline.
