Fix, Upgrade, and Migrate Moodle Site for Placement Testing

Urgently seeking an experienced developer with expertise in Moodle and MySQL 8.0. Our existing Moodle site for school placement tests has become non-functional following an upgrade. The project tasks will include restoring and upgrading the site to function on MySQL 8.0, rectifying any existing issues, and complete migration to a new VPS hosting setup with proper configuration of nameservers. We are looking for someone with strong capabilities in Moodle management, database upgrades, and server migrations.
