Development of Moodle based eLearning Platform
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
As per the title I am looking for an experience programmer with a high proficiency with Moodle to develop an eLearning platform which can work both on computer and mobile.
The freelancer will need all necessary competency to develop the eLearning including additional modules such as Zoom module for Moodle, CRM modules for Moodle and online payment module.
In addition, the graphic design will have to be improved from basic moodle design in order to reach a modern and minimalistic design in order to improve the attractiveness of the platform.
