Develop a moodle site

I need an experienced Moodle developer to design and set up a Moodle site to provide fellowship training for 5 people for 120 hours of content. We have some content already available for the training modules, and additional content will be ready soon. We are looking for a basic customization of the Moodle site which will include the default theme and features. The site should be intuitive and user-friendly so our employees can easily navigate through the training materials. We require someone who understands the platform well and can set this up efficiently.
